Spinal surgery using minimally invasive
techniques:
• Artificial cervical and lumbar disk replacement
• Laser- and CT-guided surgeries
• Minimally-invasive spinal surgery options:
o Microdiscectomy
o Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty for compression fracture
o Minimally- invasive fusions- Axial-LIF, ALIF, XLIF, TLIF
• Degenerative diseases, spinal tumors, traumatic injuries
• Herniated discs, stenosis, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis
Cranial surgery:
• Primary and Metastatic brain tumors, pituitary tumors
• Image-guided stereotactic iopsies
• Chiari malformations
• Cranial trauma
• CSF shunts for hydrocephalus
• Vascular lesions, aneurysms, AVMs
• Skull Base Surgery
Peripheral nerve surgery:
• Carpal tunnel, ulnar neuropathy
• Peripheral nerve tumors
• Vagus nerve stimulators for epilepsy
Interventional Pain Procedures include but are not limited to:
• Diagnostic and therapeutic epidural injections, including all types of
epidural steroid injections: cervical, thoracic, lumbar and caudal
• Facet (Medial Branch Nerve) blocks and radio frequency nerve
ablations/facet denervation
• Sympathetic blocks for treatment of conditions such as Complex
Regional Pain Syndrome and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
• Joint and Bursa steroid injections
• Peripheral Nerve injections and ablations
• Implantation and management of spinal cord stimulators
• Implantation and management of intrathecal drug pumps
• Patients are seen by physician referral.
